I can't go past Spaghetti & Meatballs. Just looking at the dish makes me happy. I have to say I make the best damn meatballs other than my mum. Pair that with a slightly chilled glass of shiraz surrounded by family and great friends and you will find it hard to move me from the table.
Giovanni is an internationally award-winning director and food photographer who has a strong visual sense and incredible talent when it comes to story and narrative. Gio specialises in the food Tabletop space, creating content and TVC campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. Prior to this, his background in feature film and long-form television is equally impressive having worked alongside some of the biggest names in Hollywood and some of the most celebrated chefs in the world. Gio worked on films like Superman Returns, Star Wars, Moulin Rouge, The Matrix Trillogy, The Thin Red Line and The Knowing, just to name a few. In television he has created and directed six television series for local networks SBS, Channel Seven, ABC and TV3 NZ.
Gio's TV series "My Family Feast" won best in world at the World Food Media Awards in Paris and is being broadcast in over forty countries around the world. In the food genre, Gio has also worked with superstar chefs such as Heston Blumenthal, Rick Stein, Daniel Humm, Alian Passard, Dominique Crenn, Christian Puglisi, Matt Moran, Kylie Kwong, Sean Connolly, Maggie Bears, Lindey Milan, Poh Ling Yeow, Luke Nguyen and Mark Best. Gio brings a wealth of experience and talent to his food creative, offerieng a fresh perspective and unique visual to every project he sinks his teeth into.
Benjamin O'Donnell

There's nothing more I would rather be doing than sharing great food with family, friends and clients! I'm a sucker for anything seafood and you'll have real trouble wrestling the final prawn from my clutches. I'll be the first to pop (another) bottle of Chardonnay or Shiraz when in good company.
Based in Sydney, Ben is an award-winning screen producer with a wealth of experience with the biggest ad agencies across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Accolades include runner-up in bestadsontv.com, Top 5 worldwide on ad forum and a Bronze at AWARD 2022. His narrative short film work has been screened and awarded at some of the world's most prestigious festivals.
Ben is one of Australia's most experienced producers of Tabletop and high speed food photography, having formerly been Senior Producer at Carnival Productions, a Tabletop film studio. Ben is creator, Series Producer and Co-Director of Tasty Conversations (SBS Food, FYI Asia) with Masterchef Singapore host Audra Morrice and currently has long-form series in development, across lifestyle and scripted drama.
Ben also holds a degree in music education and was a school music teacher for over ten years. In 2020, he became the inaugural Producer/Director of the HSC Showcase performance recordings across OnSTAGE, Callback and ENCORE for the NSW Government.

My favourite memories throughout my life have revolved around making and eating fresh pasta. Whether it's cooking at home or enjoying it with family and friends. Rosa in an exceptional executive producer, having run Caliber Film and boasting a host of clients and brands to her body of work. Having accomplished work in various genres including long-form television series, online content, TVCs and stills photography, Rosa is a foodie at heart and is passionate about creating content that excites, eductaes and entices audiences no matter the platform.

Nino is a leading cinematographer and director who has shot for big brands such as McDonald's, Coca Cola, Breville, Bauer Media & Coles Supermarkets, to name but a few. Nino worked his way up through the ranks in the camera department on feature films like The Matrix, Mission Impossible II and My Mother Frank. Nino has also worked on various television series as a camera operator and cinematographer.
Nino is an extradinory talent and has a passion for food and food imagery, expressing his own uniquie and individual style that entices and excites audeinces with narrative and delicious visuals.
Kelly Boulton

Kelly is as colourful as they come in personality and creative brilliance. It's no wonder macarons are her go to treat! It's the dleicate balance bewteen playful textures and crafted narative that Kelly excells in no matter what genre it is, but food is her passion and it clearly shows.
Kelly is an illustrator, designer, animator & film director with 20+ years experience, working across tactile & digital mediums. Her work is unique an visualy compelling, she has crafted the concept of captivating her audience from the first frame. What she dleivers beyond that is nothing but exceptional.
